The evolution of the society make people having the need of enjoying their free time and, specially, getting involved in the experience of leisure time. For this reason, the main aim of Insula Xperience is offering the possibility of living new experiences which make leisure time productive.

Insula Xperience is a venture located in Mallorca which develops different kinds of outdoor activities like camps, workshop, educative trips, thanks to the climate of the Mallorca island, and the big quantity of natural resources it offers.

Natural environment, physical activity and leisure time are the three basic pillars to achieve our aims and carry out the different activities and projects we want to offer.

Our society is under constant evolution, which contributes evident conflicts with children, youth and teenagers who live in it (excessive use of new technologies, sedentarism, lack of socialization, stress, obesity, low environmental knowledge…). Our interest in working from the values and rules of a democratic society, as well as the human rights, including them in a transversal way in our different projects and activities like summer camps, workshop, educative trips, appears due these above mentioned conflicts.

We carry out a complementary task to formal education based on the curricular aims from a non formal education favoring the teaching – learning process. Such non formal education based on the game always arises from the experiences lived by oneself.

This common project including different aspects from de current world is the result of lots of years of study, labour and journeys to different places. The human team developing this project is formed by experienced qualified and graduated people, as well as experienced technicians and guides.

Such human team is under constant research and retraining in order to offer useful projects and activities, as well as funny and educative ones, and be able to make the whishes of people who trust its work come true.

The main keys of this team are organization, communication and distribution of tasks. Such premises guarantee the success of activities focused on schools, ventures, organizations, associations and particulars that want to be enriched with new and original experiences in Mallorca.
